Power Tracker is currently available for both Macintosh and Windows, and the programs is virtually identical on both platforms.  To please both "camps," the screenshots on the following pages use the Windows version for the main screens, and the Macintosh Version for all pop-ups.

Power Tracker's interface is based on four main "Views."

Like in the actual program, click on the tab below to select the view you're 
interested in, then move your mouse over any button or control (and 
let it stay there a moment!) to get more information about what it does.

Click here to go to the Submissions View Click here to go to the Expense View Click here to go to the Contacts View You would click this button to log in a submission based on the currently selected project -- click to see Submission Dialog This filter allows you to limit the projects which are displayed in the list below to only those ones that are NOT marked as having been sold or are under option This filter allows you to limit the projects which are displayed in the list below to only those ones that ARE marked as having been sold or are under option When this filter is selected, it will show ALL projects in the list below, regardless as to whether they are marked as sold or not This filter allows you to limit the projects shown in the list below to only ones that belong to a certain group such as 'Novelizations', 'Collaborations' or 'Assignments' This filter allows you to limit the projects shown in the list below to only those that are specified as being of a certain type of media such as 'Manuscript', 'Film Script' or 'Song Lyrics' This filter allows you to limit the projects shown in the list below to only those that are of a certain completion status, such as 'Treatment', 'Partial' or 'Completed Project' This filter allows you to limit the display of projects to only those that are of a certain genre, such as 'Horror', 'Romance' or 'Science Fiction' This filter allows you to limit the display of projects to those of a certain category, such as 'Book', 'Non-Fiction' or 'Television Series (Dramatic)' This filter allows you to limit the display of projects to those that have one or more active submissions and those that don't have any active submissions This is a Hide/Show button that allows you to minimize the filters displayed to show more projects This is the list of all the projects that meet the currently selected filters above.  It can be sorted by any of the displayed categories (e.g. Project Name, Media, Status etc.) simply by clicking on that category You'd click this button to log in a new project -- click it to see the Project Log-In/Editing Dialog You would click here to edit the currently selected project's settings such as its Status, Availability and so on... Archiving a project removes it from the active lists -- you'd choose this option when you'd sold it or otherwise decided that it was no longer 'active' Click this button to go to the File Management window where you can store, restore, edit or delete stored files.
