This is the dialog you'll see when you're posting a follow-up to an existing submission.  From it you can directly write or email the contact simply by pressing the WRITE button, set up an automatic follow-up date and even log in expenses (such as postage, manuscript copies, mileage, etc.) incurred while making this submission.
