Power Tracker's interface is based on four main "Views."

Like in the actual program, click on the tab below to select the view you're 
interested in, then move your mouse over any button or control (and 
let it stay there a moment!) to get more information about what it does.

If you're searching for a specific contact, simply type is as many letters of their FIRST name here and only those contacts whose first name matches will be displayed If you're searching for a specific contact, simply type is as many letters of their LAST name here and only those contacts whose last name matches will be displayed If you're searching for a specific contact, simply type is as many letters of their COMPANY name here and only those contacts who work for that company will be displayed Use this filter to limit the displayed contacts to those who are listed as working in the selected field, such as 'Casting Director', 'Actor' or 'Development Executive' Use this filter to limit the displayed contacts to those who are located in a certain geographic area, such as 'New York' or 'Argentina' Use these checkboxes to limit the displayed contacts to those who work in AT LEAST ONE (but not necessarily all) of the selected categories such as 'Feature Films,' 'Novels' or 'Television' Use these checkboxes to limit the displayed contacts to those who work in AT LEAST ONE (but not necessarily all) of the selected genres such as 'Romantic Comedy,' 'Horror' or 'Mainstream' Use these four checkboxes to limit the displayed contacts to whose who have specified that the meet the selected criteria -- NOTE: the preloaded data does not have any of this information included, but you can add it manually if desired This button allows you to hide filters which you may not be using in order to have more space to display selected contacts Once you've set all the filtering options you want, click this button to display the contacts who match your selected criteria This is where the matching contacts are displayed, and you can sort them by any of the displayed categories (First Name, Last Name, Company and Title) simply by clicking on that category's header button
